The working principle of industrial dust removal equipment is based on "force", such as suction, wind, pressure, etc.

The working principle of industrial dust removal equipment is based on "force", such as suction, wind, pressure, etc. According to the magnitude of force, the classification and size of industrial dust removal equipment designed by dust collector manufacturers also vary. However, the working principle of these designed dust removal equipment is to separate and decompose dust in the gas, and discharge clean air.

The current market classification of industrial dust removal equipment can be roughly divided into: bag dust removal equipment, wet dust collector, single machine dust collector, cyclone dust collector, electrostatic dust removal equipment, polishing dust removal workbench, pulse filter cartridge dust collector, exhaust gas treatment, welding smoke treatment equipment, etc.

The working principle of dust removal equipment can be divided into four categories

1: Mechanical dust removal equipment

Mechanical dust removal equipment is divided into three types, namely gravity dust collector, cyclone dust collector, and inertial dust collector.

The working principle of a gravity dust collector is to use gravity to remove dust. Gravity is the force of the earth's gravity, which separates dust from gas when it settles.

The cyclone dust collector relies on centrifugal force to apply centripetal separation force to objects in circular motion, and operates based on the principle of obtaining materials with large mass and fast rotation speed during the rotation process.

Inertial dust collector utilizes the inertia of dust, which is a force reflecting its own motion state. It changes its motion state when subjected to external forces, causing objects with greater inertia to change their motion state.

2: Working principle of electrostatic precipitator

The working process of an electrostatic precipitator is divided into four stages: gas ionization, dust charging, dust settling, and dust cleaning.

Gas ionization causes corona discharge on the electrode, generating a large number of positive ions with free electrons. Dust is charged with electricity in the local electric field space, and free electrons and negative ions collide with the dust. Dust settles and is concentrated on the charged dust surface after a certain period of time, releasing charges and depositing on it. After the dust accumulates to a certain thickness, it is cleaned up by a dust cleaning device and falls to the bottom of the ash hopper.

3: Working principle of bag dust removal equipment

When gas with dust is sucked into the filter bag, particles larger than the bag are settled by gravity or separated by the fibers of the bag due to their larger volume. After colliding with the filter bag, particles smaller than the bag are attached to the surface fibers of the filter bag. When the spraying system of the bag dust removal equipment blows, the dust falls into the ash hopper.

4: Working principle of wet dust collector

The wet dust collector box contains water and comes into contact with dust gas. The water collides, diffuses, and condenses with the dust, and then forms large particles due to the coagulation effect of water, which are eventually carried away by the water flow. The smaller and more water droplets in a wet dust collector, the more opportunities it has to come into contact with dust, and the higher the efficiency of collision, diffusion, and agglomeration.

The main performance indicators of dust removal equipment in industry also include the designed load, dust removal efficiency, pressure loss, and gas processing capacity of the dust removal manufacturer. The working principle of dust removal equipment in industry is similar, as mentioned at the beginning of the article, all starting from "force". Therefore, the measurement and calculation of wind power by dust collector manufacturers have a very important influence.
